Ain't nobody got time for that

Hi

If you read the last post from Luke, you may be aware that this month is Black History Month. To contribute to that, I'm going to talk about an awesome quote said by a Black female, "Ain't nobody got time for dat!"

I'm sure you've already seen this picture everywhere from Facebook to Facebook to Facebook...

You may have seen maybe memes like these:

I am not trying to disrespect this lady by any means, I totally respect what she's saying. In fact, she has taught me that "you just don't have all the time in the world. Not just you, but nobody"

To engrave this into your brain so that you can apply it in your life more, I would like to share a song with you:

I hope you enjoyed this clip. Happy Black History Month!

Cop or Drop #6 BHM Style

A new year deserves a new cop, as well as a new drop. Starting off today with the Cop or Drop #5 is...

Since January is Black History Month, why not bring out BHM (Black History Month) shoes? Nike recently released a collection of BHM basketball shoes, including KDs, Kobes, and Lebrons.

BHM Kobe 8

BHM Lebron X

BHM KD 5

With tribal designs orange accents, the BHM Collection of basketball shoes is definitely a neck-breaker. Out which one of these would you cop, or drop?

Another part of the BHM collection would of course be Air Force 1s, a classic Nike shoe that never disappoints.

Nike Air Force 1 Hi Foamposite BHM

I love the "copper" look to these AF1s. Slick, smooth, and stylish. Ha.

Would you cop these AF1s?

As well as original AF1s, Nike also released a BHM pair of Lunar Force 1s, the new, innnovative air force 1  that has a new structure and material to it. (Lunar stuff)

These Lunar Force 1s are that jet-set type of shoe that would stand out in the crowd.

That's all for today folks. All of the Black History Month shoes are sure to capture your attention, whether it be good or bad, you decide.

Here's a bonus pic of what you could wear along with your Black History Month shoes. Nike Black History Month clothing.

Chao Mein

Hello all, this is Lawson. Your fellow Asian Blogger. From Asian Occasion. Wow. Those sentences. Weird sentences.

First of all, Happy New Year. I hope y'all enjoyed Luke and my vlog.

Let's stop right there and review what I just wrote. I am currently talking to Luke and he says my sentence, "I hope y'all enjoyed Luke and my vlog." is improper grammer. Luke says it should be, "I hope you all enjoyed Luke and I's video." What do you think it should be? Just think about all the starving children in Africa...

Anyways, back on topic. As you can see, the title is Chao Mein. You may be wondering, "why chao mein?" So my job is to answer your wonder. Luke, Ryan, and I just created a new page on Facebook; it is called, "Chao Mein."

I am answering your wonder again. Ryan is a male-child our age (13 years olds.) He goes to Islander which is the public middle school in Mercer Island. Ryan plays basketball and he sucks. JK. He is single and is ready to...jingle...his bells...at his house.

But for reals doe, he is not interested in any girls and he will just be focusing on academics for the next five years.

Just follow the page:
1. go to Facebook
2. search "chao mein"

The Picture looks like this:

I don't know if it works.

Asian Occasion Vlog #1

Hurro guys,

Fresh from our 2-week break, Lawson and I wanted to start a whole new series, one that will never be forgotten. Instead of just reading text every other day on Asian Occasion, why not watch a video or two to add some variety and flavor to our blog?

So, Lawson and I decided to do our first vlog. A vlog, deriving from the term blog, is a video blog that many YouTubers today make a video about.

I hope you like our first vlog, and if you have any suggestions, which I know you won't, leave it in the comments below. Otherwise, leave a like on our video and subscribe to our channel, cantorwong.

ASIAN OCCASION VLOG #1

P.S. If you think Lawson and I are d-bags for wearing Nike elite socks, don't think that way because we only have one pair and we like to wear them a lot.

Sincerely,

Luke

Taking a Break

We all need a break sometimes, maybe after a big basketball game, hours of studying, or even eating your food too fast. (that rice, man.)

Or when you have too much meat and not enough rice? That's a real pain in the (insert)

Well, formulating ideas and writing about them in posts are exhausting too. With that being said, Lawson and I are going to be taking a 2 WEEK break from writing posts.

If you actually like our posts, I am very sorry and I hope you can find something productive to do over this 2 week course. On the other hand, if you honestly do not care, I am sorry as well, as you should seriously check out some of our more popular posts. (really good content)

I'll see you in 2 weeks. Maybe more.

Sincerely,

ASIAN OCCASION.

Sup guys.

Out with the old, in with the new. A new year deserves some new kicks. So I bring you today, cop or drop #5, basketball shoes.

The first baller shoe of the day is- Nike KD V "Black"
Nike KD V "Black"
Kevin Durant's new KD V and IV basketball shoes I think are some of the nicest basketball shoes around town. Now out with a new colorway, "Black," it has impressed me even more.

To go along with those KD V's maybe wear some KD Elite socks.
Nike KD Elite Socks
Lebron X's never disappoint, how about this colorway then? Called "Yellow Diamond" these are one of the newest colorways set to release in 2013
